Mary-Audrey Ramirez and LUKAS8K

From 17 January on, the installative multi-dimensional work and exhibition QT UR EA by Mary-Audrey Ramirez and LUKAS8K will be on view at TRAMABARUNDKINO. The work incorporates dance, performance, installation, sound and real-time virtual worlds and features collaborators such as choreographer Ali Heffetz and audiovisual artists bod [包家巷], Alza54 and Simon Goff.

The opening starts on 17 January at 9:00 p.m. with a 3 hour-long opening performance, which slowly increases in intensity and combines installation, motion-capture and real-time virtual worlds, as well as dance, sound and permaculture. Eight performers will meet each other, engage in spontaneous ceremonies or stage fight-like scenes.

During this night and through the eight weeks of the exhibition, TRAUMABARUNDKINO will be transferred in a science fiction narrative derived from the virtual arenas of open video games.
The work will continue to expand and evolve over this period.

QT,UR EA, in which exhibition, performance, and club merge into a new form, is on view until 14 March and will be accompanied by a curatorial program.

The project is curated by Madalina Stanescu.
